    Check your role or contact your project admin to grant access.  

    Q: Changes are not reflecting immediately. What should I do? 

    Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, check if another user has locked or updated the record.  

  • Troubleshooting

    Q: The application feels slow. How can I fix this? 

    Check your internet connection and browser version. For best performance, use the latest version of Chrome or Edge. If slowness continues, report it to support. 

    Q: I’m unable to save tasks or test cases. 

    Ensure all required fields are filled. Also verify that you have edit permissions for the project.  

  • Import failed

    Q: My import failed. What could be the reason? 

    • Common reasons include: 
    • Incorrect file format 
    • Missing mandatory columns 
    • Invalid data values 

    Download the sample template and ensure your file matches the required structure. 

    Q: Can I preview data before importing? 

    Yes. QA Catalyst allows you to review and validate data before confirming the import to avoid errors.  

  • AI not generating tasks

    Q: AI is not generating tasks. What should I check? 

    Ensure that: 

    • Project description or input text is provided 

    • The input is clear and structured 

    • AI usage limits for your plan are not exceeded 

    Try refining the input for better results. 

    Q: Can I edit AI-generated output before saving? 

    Yes. All AI-generated tasks and test cases can be reviewed, edited, or rejected before saving.
